Agricultural Products Lab
The Arlington Agricultural Products Laboratory provides support to regional food manufactures with quality assurance and analytical services. A range of services are provided to accommodate their needs, quickly and at a low cost, that allows them to grow and prosper their business.
Formerly known as the “Gilliam County Grain Laboratory” the lab has historical roots testing for the Grain Identity Preservation Program and the quality of Oregon grains, primarily wheat. By changing the name of the lab to Arlington Agricultural Products Laboratory (AAPL) we signal the expanded services the Lab will provide into a wider variety of agriculture in the region.
The laboratory provides quality control, quality assurance and point of origin to the grain industry, the flour industry and the food industry.
The laboratory currently provides technical support and analysis for: Flour Application Studies, New Product Development, Wheat-marketing Programs, and Other Customer Requirements.
